Bethany Convent School Ushamatu, Ratu, Ranchi is an English Medium co-ed School is situated in Ushamatu village. It began in an old building which was blessed and inaugurated on 19th March 2010 & Sr. Maria Nancy as the first Principal. On 7th December 2013 a new school building was inaugurated by Sr. Wilberta BS, the then President of B.E.S. The school obtained the N.O.C from the state of Jharkhand on 12th July 2017. Now it is a full- fledge school with classes from I to X. School is away from the hustle and bustle of the city with serene atmosphere which is indispensable for intellectual training. It has a specious campus beautifully built and maintained well. Exemplary discipline, outstanding academic performance and excellence in co- curricular activities. It is manned by dedicated, competent and qualified teachers who create and foster all round growth of the students. The school provides admission for all categories of students irrespective of any religion, caste and creed. The school gives due importance to the children coming from economically backward classes in the form of free education and concession. The school imparts a sound moral, intellectual and physical education with a view to develop their talents and potentialities and prepare them to face the challenges of life. The school is managed and governed by the governing body of Bethany Educational Society local unit Ushamatu. Thus, under the wise and prudent management of the governing body the school is looking forward to be affiliated to ICSE Board New Delhi. Students enjoy learning in the school. They are boosted with curricular & co-curricular activities indoor & outdoor. Various activities are held to bring out the best from students.
